Terms of Service for gimme ai

1. Agreement to these terms

By opening gimme ai, creating an account or sending a message you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the service. Together with the Privacy Policy they form the entire agreement between us.

2. Who may use gimme ai

You must be at least 18 years old and of the age of majority where you live. You must not be barred from using adult entertainment services under the law of your country or region. We may ask for age assurance at any time.

3. Nature of the service

gimme ai provides conversational entertainment with generated companions, together with images, voice output and optional roleplay. It is offered for personal, non-commercial enjoyment only.

4. Companions are fictional

Every companion on gimme ai is a fictional character. Names, photographs, biographies and voices are created for the service and do not depict real, identifiable individuals. No human is answering on the other side of the chat.

5. Creating an account

You agree to give accurate registration details and to keep them current. Accounts are personal. You may not sell, rent, share or transfer an account, or let another person use yours.

6. Account security

You are responsible for your password and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may require a password reset where we see signs of compromise.

7. One account per person

Duplicate accounts created to extend free allowances, evade a suspension or abuse promotional offers may be closed without notice, along with any balance obtained that way.

8. Acceptable use

Use gimme ai lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to break, overload, probe or reverse engineer the service, bypass usage limits, interfere with other users, or misrepresent your identity or age.

9. Prohibited content

You must never submit or solicit content involving minors or anyone presented as a minor, non-consensual acts, sexual violence, bestiality, incest, trafficking, terrorism, self-harm instructions, or the sexualisation of real identifiable people. Breaches end access immediately and may be reported to the authorities.

10. Automated access

Scraping, crawling, framing, resale of output, bulk automated messaging and the use of the service to train or benchmark competing products are not permitted without our written agreement.

11. Your content

You keep the rights to what you write. You grant gimme ai a limited licence to store, process and display your messages solely to operate the service for you, including maintaining companion memory and enforcing these terms.

12. Generated output

Output is produced automatically and may be inaccurate, repetitive or unexpected. You may use it for personal purposes. You may not present it as the statement of a real person or use it to deceive, harass or defame anyone.

13. Our intellectual property

The gimme ai name, interface, imagery, characters, text and underlying software are protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership; you receive only a personal, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service.

14. Free access

Free use includes a daily allowance of messages and a limited number of media requests. Allowances are set at our discretion and may change. Free access is provided as is, with no guarantee of continuity.

15. Paid plans and billing

Paid plans unlock unlimited chat and additional features. Prices are shown before purchase, in the currency displayed at checkout, and are charged by our payment processor to the instrument you provide.

16. Renewals and cancellation

Recurring plans renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time in your account settings; access continues to the end of the period already paid for and does not renew after that.

17. Refunds

Digital access is delivered immediately, so payments are generally non-refundable once the period has begun. Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, or a technical fault prevented use, contact support and we will assess the request fairly.

18. Price changes

We may change prices for future periods. Existing subscribers are notified before a change takes effect and may cancel before renewal if they do not accept the new price.

19. Taxes

Prices may include or exclude value added tax and similar charges depending on your location. Any taxes shown at checkout are collected and remitted by the processor on our behalf.

20. Availability

We aim to keep gimme ai available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, provider outages, network faults and events beyond our control may cause temporary interruptions.

21. Changes to the service

Features may be added, altered or withdrawn as the product develops. Where a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will tell you in advance and offer a fair remedy.

22. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, exposes us to legal risk, or is used fraudulently. Serious breaches take effect immediately. You may close your account at any time for any reason.

23. Reporting problems

Report unlawful content, suspected underage use, security flaws or billing errors to support. We investigate reports promptly and act where a breach is confirmed, including preserving records when the law requires it.

24. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that output will be accurate or suitable.

25. Not advice or support

gimme ai is entertainment. It does not provide medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it is not a crisis service. If you are in distress, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency number.

26. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.

27. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify gimme ai against claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your unlawful use of the service, or content you submitted.

28. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of our place of establishment, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. We ask you to contact support first; most disputes are resolved that way before any formal step.

29. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and material changes are announced before they take effect. Continuing to use gimme ai after that date means you accept the revised terms.

30. General provisions and contact

If a clause is found unenforceable the rest remains in force. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. We may transfer these terms as part of a business transfer; your rights are unaffected. Questions go to support@gimme-ai.run.
